Get started
Tap Add Report, then scan paper pages with the camera or choose PDF/image files. Keep pages flat, well lit, upright, and in order. Upload only one examination per submission.
Processing and review
Keep the processing screen open briefly while Apple Vision reads the report on your iPhone. No report page is uploaded or saved. When it is ready, unusual and uncertain items appear first. Compare them with your original report, edit anything incorrect, then confirm all results together. Automatic extraction can make mistakes.
Trends and metric guides
Trends use confirmed numeric results. The reference band comes from each report; ranges may differ by laboratory, method, age, or sex. The metric guide is general education only and does not explain your personal condition.
Privacy and deletion
Extracted values and OCR row text stay only inside the app on this iPhone. You can delete a report from its detail screen or open Settings → Delete all my data to erase all local records. Deletion is permanent.
Troubleshooting
- Use PDF, JPEG, PNG, or WebP files within the limits shown by the app.
- If a scan is blurry or cropped, retake that page in brighter, even light.
- If extraction fails, try fewer pages or enter the missing measurements manually.
- If the app closes during recognition, reopen it and add the report again; source pages are not retained.

趋势与指标说明
趋势仅使用已确认的数值结果。参考范围来自每份报告，不同医院、方法、年龄或性别的范围可能不同。“指标说明”只提供通用知识，不能解释您的个人病情。
隐私与删除
提取后的指标和 OCR 行文字仅保存在这台 iPhone 的 App 内。您可在报告详情中删除单份报告，也可进入设置 → 删除我的全部数据清除全部本地记录。删除不可恢复。
常见问题
- 请使用 App 提示限制内的 PDF、JPEG、PNG 或 WebP 文件。
- 如照片模糊或被裁切，请在更明亮均匀的光线下重新拍摄。
- 如识别失败，可减少单次页数重试，或手工补录缺失指标。
- 如识别过程中 App 被关闭，请重新打开并再次添加报告；原始页面不会被保留。
