健康助手隐私政策

1. In short
HealthCopilot organizes health report measurements and trends. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medication advice. Always verify extracted values against the original report and consult a qualified clinician about health concerns.
2. Data handled on your device
- Source reports: PDFs or images you choose are read only in memory during recognition. HealthCopilot does not save or upload the source file or rendered page.
- Local records: extracted dates, test names, values, units, reference ranges, corrections, review status, and the OCR row text needed for review are stored only inside the app on this iPhone.
No account, name, email address, phone number, advertising identifier, analytics identifier, or anonymous server credential is required.
3. How local processing works
Apple Vision recognizes text on the device. Deterministic local rules extract report fields, let you review and edit results, compare numeric values with the reference ranges printed on that report, and draw trends. Automatic recognition can make mistakes, so only values you confirm enter trends.
The original PDF or image is released after recognition and is not retained by HealthCopilot. Structured results and OCR row text remain locally until you delete a report, erase all app data in Settings, or remove the app.
4. Data collection and third parties
HealthCopilot does not transmit report pages, extracted health measurements, usage analytics, diagnostics, or identifiers to the developer or a third-party model service. Metric guides are built into the app and do not make a network request. The public privacy and support websites receive the ordinary connection information handled by their hosting provider when you choose to visit them; the app does not send your report data to those sites.
5. Storage and security
Local records are stored in the app's protected Application Support area using iOS file protection. HealthCopilot has no developer-operated cloud copy or server backup. Your device's own backup behavior is controlled by your Apple and iPhone settings. No system can guarantee absolute security, so keep your device passcode protected and retain the original report separately.
6. Your choices
You can review and correct every extracted value, delete individual reports, or use Settings → Delete all my data to erase all locally stored HealthCopilot records. Deletion cannot be undone. Because no account or cloud sync exists, deleted records and records on a lost device cannot be recovered by us. You may also contact us with a privacy question.
HealthCopilot is not directed to children. Do not upload a child’s health information unless you are legally authorized and the use is permitted where you live.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or law changes. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when required.

二、设备端处理的信息
- 原始报告：您选择的 PDF 或图片只在识别期间存在于内存中，健康助手不会保存或上传原文件及渲染页面。
- 本地记录：提取后的日期、指标名称、数值、单位、参考区间、您的修改、核验状态，以及核对所需的 OCR 行文字，仅保存在这台 iPhone 的 App 内。
无需注册账号，也无需提供姓名、邮箱、手机号、广告标识、分析标识或匿名服务端凭证。
三、本地处理与保存方式
Apple Vision 在设备端识别文字，本地确定性规则提取报告字段、供您核对和编辑、根据报告自身参考区间比较数值并绘制趋势。自动识别可能出错，因此只有经您确认的结果才会进入趋势。
识别结束后，健康助手不会保留原始 PDF 或图片。结构化结果和核验所需的 OCR 行文字会保留在本机，直至您删除单份报告、在设置中清除全部数据或卸载 App。
四、数据收集与第三方
健康助手不会把报告页面、提取后的健康指标、使用分析、诊断信息或用户标识发送给开发者或第三方模型服务。指标说明内置于 App，不会发起网络请求。仅当您主动访问公开隐私或帮助网页时，网站托管方会处理普通网络连接信息；App 不会向这些网站发送您的报告数据。
五、存储与安全
本地记录使用 iOS 文件保护保存在 App 的受保护目录。健康助手没有由开发者运营的云端副本或服务端备份；设备自身的备份行为由您的 Apple 账号和 iPhone 设置控制。任何系统均无法承诺绝对安全，请妥善保护设备密码并另行保留原始报告。
六、您的选择
您可核对和修改每个指标、删除单份报告，或通过设置 → 删除我的全部数据清除健康助手在本机保存的全部记录。删除无法撤销。由于没有账号或云同步，开发者无法恢复已删除的数据或丢失设备上的记录。您也可通过下方邮箱咨询隐私问题。
本产品不面向儿童。除非您拥有合法授权且当地法律允许，请勿上传儿童健康信息。
七、政策更新与联系我们
我们可能因服务或法律变化更新本政策，并修改生效日期；法律要求时会另行提示。
